Being beauty professionals ourselves, we’ve had to obtain licensing for our own salons and we’ve helped dozens of Loft Owners with their licensing too. At beautiLofts, you run the show, so you’ll be in charge of scheduling your guests’ appointments. We have great recommendations for scheduling apps that are tailored for beauty professionals. Our other Loft Owners would be happy to give you their opinions, too!

Absolutely! We want your guests to feel comfortable while they wait to see you. All of our locations have waiting rooms for your guests so they can relax while they wait for their appointment and you don’t have to feel rushed. In addition to a comfortable, modern waiting area, we also have a break room so you can relax in between clients and a laundry room available with free washers & dryers.

Leave your coins and cards at home - unlike our competitors, our laundry is 100% free for all Loft Owners! As beauty professionals ourselves, we know how often towels & linens can pile up. We want to make sure that you have all the amenities you need to be successful.

Loft ownership comes with so many great benefits. Included with your Loft is: large, lockable custom glass doors for your Loft, storage cabinetry, utilities, building and grounds maintenance, Wi-Fi, waiting room for clients, full-service break room, laundry facilities, fully functional security system and a Loft owner directory/profile page on our website. We also have connections with local reps to help you stock your products as well as continuing education classes at no or low cost to you.

When you open your business, you are automatically a part of the "bL family”. The competition you find in a traditional salon does not exist here. Our Loft Owners are confident, friendly, uplifting people who support each other by referring clients, lending products & giving advice. There's a good chance you'll meet your newest bestie here!

Here at beautiLofts, you aren't just a number. Our team is local, so unlike other suites where the higher-ups are in another state, if you need assistance, we will personally be there for you 24/7. Two of our team members own their own Lofts in Clinton Township & Washington Township, so there is a great chance someone is right down the hall from you!Our founder used her experience as a hair stylist to build our salon Lofts with other beauty professionals in mind - from where the shampoo bowls are places to how large the storage in your room is, she's thought of it all. Our Lofts are also some of the largest in metro Detroit - no cramped spaces here.
